character shielder 1.8k character mash kyrielight

note The shielder tag is useless. It's her class not her name and nobody ever calls her that. Same for the combo mash/shielder doujins. They should all be under one mash category.

- 40-sai archwizard 7d ago Hey, @ranchdong a bit off-topic here, but can you make a link where all the withdrawn proposals are on display? And a setting where a withdrawn proposal name cannot be reopened by the same person? I'm looking at https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/395c99c6-fdfe-40fd-9ecd-9928c49e1fc6/ (I'll take his alibi for now) in which there is potential for abuse where users can withdraw their silly/stupid proposals that were bombed with downvotes then put up new rehashed ones in the hope they don't get bombed this time around. Gotta nip this in the bud before anyone gets any weird ideas.
- ranchdong 8d ago Taxonomy comment reports are deployed. I added a few mods as well which will prob start appearing. I plan to add more in the future, also fixed a few bugs. I'll check back in soon
- 40-sai archwizard 19d ago Please wait while @ranchdong updates the taxonomy section to include a possible report buttons on abusive comments lol. https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/34c35317-7f1a-4c25-b990-c4293586601d/

tag gender change 1.1k tag gender bender 16.8k

note Theres no difference, is there? Redundant tag.

- ranchdong I've thought about this for a bit and my major concern is merges are destructive and lossy. Meaning if there is value in keeping them separate then we should. If there is legit no value and just a mistake of the past then merge is fine here

- akashako 4d ago One thing to note is, on the upload site, gender bender has been redirected to gender change. It's probably too late to change anyone's mind, but it is important to know.
- 40-sai archwizard 4d ago A note from the admin: "I've thought about this for a bit and my major concern is merges are destructive and lossy. Meaning if there is value in keeping them separate then we should. If there is legit no value and just a mistake of the past then merge is fine here" If this goes through, then all the other listed gender change tags below should be merged into one as well, at the risk of potential crapping out of the new tag like what happened before with https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/be3f3228-8656-4ed9-b712-71d0bbc71d6f/. Either go all-in or don't.
- 40-sai archwizard 5d ago It's not nitpicking when it is basically the whole reason why this proposal was made in the first place @Osamu09. Anyway, we both made summations as to why this should be accepted or rejected, the final call is now up to admins. Hope this gets resolved soon, I personally really like to get rid of this here on Trending, there's still over 3000+ entries left to settle.

- rudecru 6d ago A netorare revenge tag honestly should be added, great suggestion @fuckriri1234
- fuckriri1234 13d ago @TreeSentinel69 sounds like revenge netorare/cheating, which is proposed in many different variations left a list of those proposals here https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/5424d6bb-7887-4014-8cd0-be5ec2830f70/
- TreeSentinel69 13d ago What would be a proper subtag for A NTRing B or C, in which B & C are in a relationship?

- Rockman x 2nd 12d ago for all intents and purpose, every single work ever written is a piece of fantasy. if you want something, it should be clearer than just a single "fantasy" tag you want a generic RPG fantasy world? you want a lolicon story? you want a NTR story? you want to fuck a dragon? you want to be raped? you want Rance or Rias to have sex with you? you want a doting lover who actually loves you and will treat you just how you wanted? all that is fantasy. modern-day fantasy, medieval fantasy, RPG fantasy or futuristic fantasy or whatever, be clearer. don't have a generic fantasy tag and expect everyone to have the same idea of fantasy as you
- Rockman x 2nd 12d ago this defo should be split into multiple tags. here's my suggestion: isekai adventurer fantasy sci-fi (shortened for science fantasy - not what you think, but you get the gist) chosen one npc/background chara medieval fantasy antiquity fantasy and so on
- 40-sai archwizard 31d ago If we're talking about the broader definition of fantasy then about 99.9% of the uploads here will fall under that category because they're fiction based on the artists' fantasies duh, only those based on real life will be the exception. So I already suggested narrowing it down to what I said on my previous comment; any subtags after that can be posted on another proposal instead.

- fallentree5 3d ago Yeah smell should be an umbrella term
- 40-sai archwizard 19d ago @fuckriri1234 Ok, let's say this tag proposal gets accepted. Then what about 'ass smelling', 'armpit smelling', 'fart smelling', 'underwear smelling' etc. potential tag proposals with similar theme? What's going to be the point of the [smell] tag itself? If the current [smell] tag is to be treated as an umbrella term then it would be fine, otherwise the tag itself would be moot. With your points I'm half convinced this tag is worthy of consideration but not there yet.
- fuckriri1234 20d ago @40-sai any number of things can contain the [smell] tag: armpit, dank ass, vagina, etc a gallery can have a single one of those to get the [smell] tag while also having a [blowjob] panel. there is no guarantee that [penis smelling] is involved while i can see the logic, that query would return a lot more galleries than a specific [penis smelling] tag would

- fuckriri1234 53d ago that'd be a nice feature @ranchdong btw i left a list of tag merge proposals most of which should be easily accepted. in case you want to knock out a handful of proposals at once (i.e. existing bloat tags that should be a parody/character/etc) https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/9a272ae0-c9d6-40c3-a3c1-a7cae8659a92/
- ranchdong 53d ago I'll check and see if we can add outgoing links to socials and stuff and maybe add a specific mechanism for this for artists so for now leaving this open to track that effort
- 40-sai archwizard 60d ago Let this be on record - any describe artist description proposals that is generic and can be copy/pasted on just about any other artists with similar genre specialties deserve to be downvoted to oblivion. The only reason I haven't downvoted this one yet is because OP made a quick followup to my previous comment. Hey @Nizashi you may now edit your suggested tag description, the editing feature has been enabled for some time now.

- randoomdude 1d ago how long are these going to be listed as "trending", I was excited when the new feature got implemented thinking there would be a rotation of new tags being voted in but it's just been the same ones for half a year now
- The Tagger 19d ago I agree with what everyone else is saying. This tag better fits something along the lines that is related to grooming rather than what OP has described.
- naarkek 38d ago as previously mentioned by others, it crashes with the already stablished notion of ''training'' in the pet/sex-toy/whore/slave way. would suggest ''improve sex skills'' or something similar for the tag where people want to improve how good they are at sex. and a ''competition'' tag for the game-like aspect.

- akashako 117d ago Exactly that. If a single chapter that was previously a doujinshi was included in a magazine and the magazine is what the gallery is based on, then the gallery is tagged an a manga. If the gallery is a collection from different sources of multiple chapters that were released doujinshi and chapters that were from a magazine then it should be marked as both a doujin and manga.
- minminazusa 117d ago For works that start as doujinshi, but then got republished commercially (such as in magazine, even without any change) then each version had to be tagged accordingly based on the source.
- akashako 119d ago In that case, they simply have the wrong taxonomy. That's why the tagging system was added. Propose the removal of doujin and propose the adsition of manga, since that would be the correct tag. And just to remind you doujin is explicitly 'self published'.

tag handsome male

Tag description A male with an above average appearance and body

note While there is the tag 'dilf', I feel an tag that is meant for a male any age to be attractive is not available yet. That tag 'ugly bastard' is known and if its not that tag, the males are either facless or just plain looking. I am creating this tag to appease the users who are female/male who wants to have an attractive female with an attractive male. If there is a suggestion for a better name, please do comment.

- Osamu09 1d ago this isn't gonna end well "ugly bastard" is a special case because even though "ugly" is subjective, the author purposefully draws them as ugly as possible. For handsome, even if the author tries to do that, not everyone is gonna agree the character is handsome And what I notice a lot of people are saying is they just don't like faceless, bald males. This is not gonna fix that, because then what about average characters?
- myankopon 3d ago Pls approve this i swear i cant screen out anymore ugly bastards in my searchbar
- The Erogaki 3d ago @theLemon haha I agree with this. Need it as that as well.
