describe 144d ago Tag description An omnibus; a volume congaining previous separately published books (tankoubons.)note People may not be familiar with the word as they are with the words 'doujin' and 'tankoubon'.6 comments View all- 118d ago Good suggestions. If I were to fix the description, it would be "An omnibus; a compilation of previously published separate volumes (tankoubons) into a single book. "Omnibus" would be a better tag, probably. Forgive my errors - I had been staying up too late and delirious when I submitted this. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- 122d ago Isn't a tankoubun a volume? One that usually contains several chapters within already? Wouldn't it make more sense to say previous doujins?
- 125d ago Agreed, ‘omnibus’ would be a better tag name for this.

- 88d ago I disagree with simple tags having encyclopedia-like entries. Something simple like "Character(s) use a condom during sex" makes more sense. For tags like this, rather than trying to explain what a condom is to someone who doesn't know (if it were an obscure or niche tag, or a Japanese term, that would be different), it makes more sense just to explain what the tag is used for imo

create 153d ago tag airheadTag description Clueless / Airhead character, Self explanatory5 comments View all- 56d ago I think there's room for both a naive tag and something like airhead that describes girls who are simple, easily tricked, or just plain stupid. Like there's a big difference between "what's that? a mushroom?" and 484758 for instance
- 152d ago I remmember a tag in (the now dead site) "Tsumino", that was called Dojikko (ドジっ娘 ou ドジっ子), that means the same as a aihead character as well.
- 152d ago Naive and airhead has overlaps but different ultimately imo. Airhead refers to those that is just empty on their head, no thought like a cat While naive refers to those that believe in something but reality says it's wrong, an experience issue if you will imo the difference lies in their thought process, airhead has none/basic while naive has some but their assumption is inapplicable due to the lack of experience, if you will.

create edited 153d ago tag focus femaleTag description The work focuses on the appearence of the female characters. You either can't see the male's face or he looks extremely plain. Ideally all other genderless tags shouldn't apply to any male character.note I know this is not a perfect solution, but we don't live in a perfect world. This tag still makes enough sense and it would help so many people in finding more specific things. Example: someone recommended "female glasses", which for one sounds weird, and for two we might then want everything else separated for male and females. Anyway I also recommend someone else to suggest the "male focus" tag12 comments View all- 80d ago on second thought, a gallery can have a mob character but still not be female focused. Tbh i understood your point in ur first comment more than i did the current description > any work where the male is there just for the penis, like his face, looks or other features wouldn't matter as most of the time you would only see his penis.
- 80d ago @EnverRevne it's the naming style for focus tags, ask the creator of the first focus tag lol @Osamu09 I thought it wasn't trying to be a focus tag, which is why I thought it would "muddy" the waters. As far as the description goes, I think the [mob character] and [plain male] proposals cover this, no?
- 81d ago I don't understand why you changed the name, wouldn't "female focus" be more correct?
describe 152d ago Tag description A male of visibly old age, usually with facial wrinkles. If one had to estimate their age it should be at least 50.note Should not be confused with dilf.1 comment View all- 68d ago Good description. Should encompass as young as 50 where they are visibly older and middle aged but not so much as wrinkly. I agree on it not being confused with DILF but could still can overlap with it. Another tag it often overlaps with quite a bit is ugly bastard.
describe 151d ago Tag description An abnormal constriction of the foreskin that prevents it from being drawn back to uncover the glans of the penis. More common in young boys.4 comments View all- 18d ago Most of the time this tag kinda refers more to Japanese colloquial phimosis rather than actual medical phimosis. Everyone is born with their foreskin fused to the glans of their penis, maybe a biological adaptation to protect the glans from injury or irritation when you're a baby. Generally by the time you hit puberty at the latest, the tissue holding the foreskin to the glans dissolves and the foreskin becomes retractable, unless the opening at the end of the foreskin is too tight and won't retract or is difficult/painful to do - which is what true phimosis is. In Japan for whatever reason there's a cultural insecurity that a REAL man always has his glans exposed. If you're seen with your foreskin unretracted you might get teased for having a baby penis, and people kind of informally refer to a foreskin that isn't retracted (or goes back to unretracted on its own when you're not hard) as phimosis even if it retracts just fine.

describe 152d ago Tag description Sucking on the breasts directly, does not require milk to be visible.note No description yet...2 comments 4 examples View all- 151d ago @Kaora the two tags for breastfeeding and milking are already separate, I'm just proposing the descriptions. The "does not require milk to be visible" part I added is because a good amount of works tagged with the breastfeeding tag don't necessarily have a character suckling actual milk from the breasts but just sucking on them in a similar fashion.
- 151d ago Shouldnt this be divided into a tag like suckling and then this tag saved for milk? I saw you proposed the tag for milking as well but I think milking has a distinct meaning from breastfeeding with milk no?

rename edited 143d ago tag dilf 32.2k tag middle-aged mannote The galleries tagged with dilf does not actually feature DILFs, just any middle-aged man. The best way to solve this is to rename this tag and create a new DILF tag.8 comments View all- 49d ago @DoujinDelver I would assume all files would be middle aged men, but not vice versa. though to be honest idet we need a replacement dilf tag. attraction is completely subjective, not to mention there's already a [handsome male] and [conventionally attractive] and other proposals
- 49d ago I'm trying to understand the tagging system for a more informed opinion. If Nhentai's "dilf" tag is renamed to "middle-aged man", when a work is imported from e-hentai that contains their "dilf" tag, would NH's "middle-aged man" tag be attached to the doujin instead of "dilf"? If no, then I don't see how this change will solve the problem described in this suggestion. I do agree that there is a problem (mismatch of definitions), just not with the solution. If yes, then I agree with this change, though I am unclear on how creating a new "dilf" tag would interact with this after.
- 141d ago Upvoting, because the new tag name also covers uncle, older cousin, etc. which would be more accurate.
describe 151d ago Tag description Features sexual acts between multiple girls with dicks.7 comments View all- 10d ago Why do people keep bringing up trans? The name is autological. dick girl, girl with dick. That includes futanari, who are full girls with a vagina AND a dick, which are not trans at all.
- 11d ago Could we just say "trans girls" instead of using slurs?
- 37d ago Sexual acts between two dickgirls. Dickgirls can be either futanari (has penis and vagina) or shemales (only has penis, no vagina). Testicles irrelevant.

describe 146d ago Tag description Through various methods, a character's personality turns to goop in their stomach and is excreted. This leaves behind a mindless body that can only react to sensations but cannot act. Meanwhile, the excreted goop retains all thoughts and emotions. How the body and goop behave can be varies by author.5 comments View all- 1h ago so... this is a common fetish? more shit ill never understand i guess
- 28d ago There’s really a whole wide world out there
- 60d ago It's not always goo, it can be a soul turned into any object in any state of physical matter that can come out of any orifice, not necessarily from the usual excretion means of a body. For reference: Kappas turn the soul into a bead and then pull it out, there's also works involving aliens or parasites that throw away the brain and other pieces of the original flesh in various ways if not consumed. There's also works involving monsters turning souls into onaholes which are not semisolid sometimes. It can also come out as regular bodily fluid with either awareness of their condition or just containing the soul, like semen, blood, sweat, waste, etc. What I am trying to say is that this definition does not make the tag justice. It narrows the definition into something that could also be its own tag depending on the author. It can also easily trick people into clicking on works that were improperly not tagged with the scat tag if a tagger assumes this tag automatically conveys that too.

- 52d ago everyone here seems to be echoing that having one-off panels of feet isn't good enough, but that's what focus tags are for I think [foot fetish] would be great as an umbrella tag, and [focus feet] would be great for "content centered on feet as a focus of attraction or sexual activity" Use [foot fetish] alongside any of the foot related subtags. - 77d ago @IyI Editing suggestions is now possible. I have taken your advice to heart and applied it. Do you find it also fitting? A different pair of eyes never hurts.
- 128d ago @IyI I have so far found no way of editing my proposal. Frankly, the approval process takes forever too. As far as it seems, the mods are manually checking all suggestions of the whole site, and then write their own descriptions based off of the suggestions and the below comments. That means hopefully your suggestions and this fruitful conversation will be included, but - unpleasantly - there are posts with 1500 upvotes still not checked by the mods, and I have not seen any great movement on that backlog, so this +17 post will stay in its unedited form for maybe years to come. If you found a way to edit these suggestion texts (I can't even delete it to write a completely new one), then please let me know.

create 153d ago tag maledomTag description Stories in which the MC is dominant (opposite of femdom).9 comments View all- 49d ago @The Tagger wdym by "when the male/MC is more dominant?" the issue is that there are plenty of galleries without a male protagonist, but the male is still dominant; a maledom male/MC is confusing me. they're not equivalent terms take a look at josei for example (not the best example, but you can get the idea) https://nhentai.net/tag/josei/
- 49d ago I agree that maledom should be a tag. I disagree that the male in question must be the mc (i.e. the protagonist/perspective of the work). Works with a female protagonist that have a male in a forceful and commanding role in a relationship should have the maledom tag just like works where the commanding male is the protagonist. TLDR: I agree with @fuckriri1234
- 49d ago I agree with everyone else. Should outline where the male/MC is more dominant, controlling, forceful, and commanding. Does not necessarily need to be BDSM related tho.

- 130d ago OP basically has the definition. OK misgivings aside as to whether it should/shouldn't include 'sexual acts' we need to remember this is primarily a hentai site and so when people use this tag they are most likely looking for 'tent that includes filmed sex. Not just that the story has a camera crew filming incidental to the story (e.g. for 1 page). I see no reason not to vote this up as the initial def and revise it later. It's good enough.
- 149d ago Not sure about the "always a sexual act" as you have it. I would recommend a more neutral concept, but is not quite bad. The double "act" should be replaced with a synonym to have no repetition.... Recorded/streamer is good, I like the grouping of the two ideas.
