Why do people keep bringing up trans? The name is autological. dick girl, girl with dick. That includes futanari, who are full girls with a vagina AND a dick, which are not trans at all.

girls imply female humans only but you see lots of drawings with testicles still go into this tag. (review how plant parts are assigned sex. the parts responsible for producing pollination is the male part, in human case, that's the testicles. having enlarged clit does not stop female from continuing being female but testicles are different story)

i would change "girls with dicks" to "dickgirls or futanari" to be th same as the tags
