tag nopan
Tag description Nopan is an abbreviation for "no panties", or "going commando", describing a character who is not wearing any panties or other type of underpants.
note "Nopan" and "bottomless" are almost interchangeably and quite popular tags on Pixiv, Gelbooru, Rule34, and some other R-18 sites. It's weird that nhentai has no such tags for over a decade.

A comment pointed out grammar mistakes, but I'm myself not sure with the claim, so I changed it a little.

improved description: A Japanese abbreviated slang for "no panties", it describes a character who is not wearing panties or any other type of lower undergarment, exposing the genitals underneath outer clothing in the process. Also known as "going commando".

an example that would use this tag. This really needs to be a thing.

Nemesis (To Love-Ru) and Aqua (Konosuba) are examples of nopan anime characters. There are also other original doujin where females go commando for some reason as well. So there should be plenty of entries to be tagged with that. No complaints about this suggestion other than fixing the grammar for the description a bit.
