tag feverish
Tag description Stories in which a character is sick, and the fever is a central element of the plot or emotional development. This covers scenarios that typically also involve illness, weakness, caretaking, and or recovery, where the fever meaningfully drives the narrative or character interactions such as tending to the sick character's needs, changing their clothes, and other "activities" that arise from the situation.
note I feel it is genuinely unfortunate that sickness or fever focused works do not have a dedicated tag yet. There are so many good doujins with this theme, for example, stories where an older brother cares for his cute little sister while she is feverish, like 509990. But there is no easy way to find them, so please help support the tag to solve this! Sincerely, a brocon who has a fever..

Unsure if this fits, however, the character does have a fever.
-
adding this because of the title, and the beginning of the story
-
the person taking care or interracting with th sick character who has a fever typically ends up catching it at the end. Which is why the fever part is important since you can be sick without a fever.

-
very different example where being feverish is still the main focus. Trying to find examples are hard unless it has fever in the title

I had to make it more specific that it was about having a fever, and not general sickness and or the things involved in caretaking for a character with a fever. I apologise for not having it be more specific!

I'd say I completely agree but the only trouble is that nursing is kinda broad and feverish stories don't always have to involve "nursing", so to say. I would have put "sick" as the name but was still unsure since having a fever is usually when you'd be incredibly sweaty and hot-bodied.

"feverish" doesn't sound like a good name for it. I would go for "nursing"
