It is extremely rare and only about 10 galleries existed before people started adding dickgirl proposals into the tag.

I get this may sound like a bit too much, and maybe I'm just going crazy. But I think it would be better to avoid specifying "testicles". But even then I still think it doesn't make much sense to have the tag, it's gonna be extremely rare, and most people aren't even gonna realize that the guy has no balls

are there any examples? I think that even if you can't see the balls it's only logical that the testicles are still somewhere, heck, they could be invisible, inside your body or any other magical explanation, but I think there's no case where it's explicitely stated they have no testicles. And to be clear, testicles aren't the same as balls. Testacles are gonads that produce sperm. Most animals have gonads and they come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes their gonads produce both male sperm and female eggs. And here comes the obvious question. If a character has no testicles, where's the sperm coming from? And if it's not sperm then what is it? I get there's futanari with no balls, but again, that's different from having no testacles, they at least have ovaries, which means them also producing sperm at least makes more sense than having no testicles and magically producing sperm from nothing
