tag needle play
Tag description using pins/needles to pierce the subject on skin or erogenous places, providing sexual stimulation. A sub category of BDSM.
note best alternative to this is the piercing tag, hard to find needle play doujins.

@braug check out , it is almost entirely needle play focused. sekka mushi's works also have heavy needle play- this is as far as i can remember.

Reaaaaally niche, do you have an example? Can't find one myself. Also, I think it would be nice to add on the description that it is a subcategory of BDSM, this way it helps authors to remember to tag the BDSM as well, rathe than just the niche.
