If we're talking language, most who use this site do realize that the source language is Japanese. I mean, the name of the site itself is nhentai and not npervert. Nearly 70% of the material on this site comes from Japanese sources, with the remaining stuff being an assorted collection of Chinese and Korean artists. With that in mind, those who regularly use this site would've already picked up on common words and general shimoneta. We wouldn't need tags like Gyaru or Jimiko or Zenra or Oyakodon or even Netorare/rase if we only consider tags in English. Besides, translating a word doesn't necessarily translate the essence of it, and trying to do that only results in a complicated explanation.
