tag headlock
Tag description A close physical hold where one person wraps an arm tightly around another person's head and neck to stop them from moving.
note I just think it's a hot sex action that can be seen quite often and that it's not quite the same as something like asphyxiation, which I believe is what some would argue. As opposed to a chokehold (which would fit asphyxiation), a headlock's purpose is movement restriction or imposing dominance rather than air deprivation.
