tag rimzuri
Tag description Sexual act involving the simultaneous performance of a rimjob (oral stimulation on the anus) and a paizuri (stimulation of a penis between breasts) by a woman on an individual.
note While you can use both rimjob and paizuri tags on the same doujin to describe this, I think a tag that describes the specific practice might be helpful when trying to find doujins where this happens.

@Plener I did a quick research and I couldn't find a precedent on what would you call that specifically. The examples I consulted pretty much used the combination of "reverse paizuri" and "cunnilingus" tags. My take on this is that maybe the "rimzuri" tag is created because rimming is a more taboo practice than regular oral sex and not everyone is confortable with that.

I have a question, does this have a name : " The act of rimzuri(tag) performed for a futanari but instead of a rimjob she have a cunnilingus. " It don't have to be a futanari but someone with both genre(penis + pussy)

Rule34 has that tag. OP provided examples and a valid point where combining tags is insufficient. Fair enough.

@GyaruFuckBuddy I didn't know "rimzuri" was a thing. I think it should be clarified that one character is simultaneously performing a rimjob and paizuri on an individual, so that it doesn't get confused with simultaneously performing rimjob and paizuri on two different characters.
