I made the "married couple" suggestion before seeing this suggestion (oops); it works better because you can just include or exclude yuri or yaoi to be more specific.

I would definitely prefer "married couple", it could also apply to same genders. "married male" and "married female" might be even better since they can be applied to cheating contexts
