A participant is visibly killed.
Seems better.

the grandpa is effectively killed, but idt it fits snuff as a tag. @1gnorePlease had the right idea, combining both of your descriptions:
"A character is visibly killed in a largely sexual context"
akashako
A character is visibly killed.
Short and simple.

Also, what are y'alls thoughts on changing the description to something like;
"Includes the death of a Human (or Humanoid) in a largely sexual context."

I'd argue snuff should be specifically limited to characters dying in a sexual context. I've seen a decent amount of more plot heavy doujins where a character just gets killed off in an action scene, and those being tagged the same way as murder porn strikes me as an issue. People blacklisting the second are going to lose access to stuff they wouldn't have minded, and people looking for it are going to have a bunch of unasked for stuff on their feed to sort through manually. I've been on both sides of that coin, and both suck.

@Bluebells, Yes Guro can exist without death. But they often overlap/coexist.

@Zedratuguler2 and @Mavrico, I guess I overlooked those aspects. I didn't know there was a proposed character death tag. I also forgot non-human deaths should have some way of being tagged. Oopsies

I feel like the proposed character death tag, fits this description more than snuff. Snuff is more specific than simply a death.

doesn't guro also usually involve some kind of sexual element, not just death?

Not trying to be a bad person here, but "Human Being", what if the story involves something like main character is a alien or a animal, and somehow dies, with is very important for the main plot of the story, is the tag no more applicable?
