@Aelter the current [lolicon] tag is being used as you described [loli]. @azertyitachi is bona fide cope, only @ranchdong has a good reason for rejecting this proposal. I explain it more here:
renamelolicon→loli+11
Azertyitachi is correct.
"lolicon" = the hentai genre as a whole
"loli" = not a sexual term, just a character appearance archetype (examples: Nae Tennouji, Kanna Kamui, Tatsumaki, Shinobu Maehara, Mei Chang)
"lolicon" describes the genre of the story (as in, help the reader find what he is interested in, and avoid what he doesn't like). Not the type of characters the story feature (same as shonen, shojo, seinen, etc...).
Some non-lolicon stories could feature a loli.
So a lolicon reader would waste his time reader the story, and a person who likes adult women would skip because it features a loli, even if the story revolves around adult characters, and the loli is maybe a sister or goddess that's never sexualized.
Making a term be broader than they are is a bad idea.
if I understand what you're trying to say, where lolicon is a person who is attracted to loli, then there's lesbian sex that definitely includes lolicons, as well as straight sex that doesn't
