Also @jk75, hard disagree, the line between holding semen and impregnation is well defined and documented in Japanese circles (Pixiv tag 精液封入 is it's own tag and doesn't imply 受精)
Not all these works imply impregnation, and simply keeping a creampie inside does not imply impregnation (safe days are a thing, anal is a thing, and birth control exists)
There is some overlap, but it is not the case that this tag and impregnation always overlap
On the plugged part: taxonomically speaking, "cum plugged" is, in my opinion, a subset of "holding cum", The cum does not necessarily need to be plugged, nor does there need to be a specific method to keep the cum inside. Though the cum might eventually leak, the character is still "holding it in" during that period of time by their own means.
Either way, plugged or not, it does not imply impregnation will occur.
The more examples I see (include my own), the more I notice the line between this tag and 'impregnation' becoming blurred.
