All the way through for when some thing goes from the mouth to one of the rear holes, usually the anus, or vice versa. It is not limited to just tentacles it can be penises, excessive amounts of semen, feces, tree branches. Most of the time the person is unharmed, but sometimes it involves guro.

@Gataunamanya all the way through is like a tentacle going straight through a person's body (organs and all) until it reaches the mouth. it's a completely fictitious scenario ass to mouth just describes an object which made contact with an asshole that is then placed in a mouth like imagine a scene of anal which is immediately followed by a blowjob

Isn't this just describe all the way through +57?

create tag a2m +36 create tag ass-to-mouth -12 ^create tag ass_to_mouth -3

Shameless plug: create tag a2m +36

maybe use space instead of underscore?
