Tag description Botezuri translation is baptisms. But it's also the sexual act to rub with two pregnant bellies, a penis, just like in the sexual act called Paizuri/Naizuri. To describe the "baptisms" part, it's because when the penis reaches orgasm, the semen covering the two bellies is considered a form of baptism in japanese. This sexual act may contain more than two bellies at the same time, but it need to be more than one bellie that's also rubbing and it needs the semen covering the bellies.
note There's some doujinshi with Botezuri in this site but I can't remember. But here is a recent one "656669" page 19, it's not a complete Botezuri but it is a half Botezuri. (If you google "Botezuri hentai tag" or something you will see more examples.) Any thoughts?

Does anyone have a better description? Because honestly, if it is not very explained, the people who don't understand easily, will find it difficult to understand. This and shortening to "belly job" is not right, after all like I said it mainly means "baptism" of the baby inside of both or more bellies.

There is only one doujin on this website with the 'botezuri' word in its title. It is only a couple of months old upload though, so who knows, maybe there will be more in the future. The botezuri tag also exists in rule34. https://rule34.xxx/index.php?page=post&s=list&tags=botezuri+ Combined with OP's examples I think this tag proposal warrants a consideration.

Give it some time to people to find some exemples. I'm also searching for some exemples in my favorites. There's +60.000 favorites for me...

I tried doing some reverse search and the only one I found is still it's an extremely rare tag. And at first I was ok with accepting it, but now I changed idea the most we should do is create a "belly job" tag, which does seem to be slightly more common, though I would like to see some other examples first. As for the botezuri itself it's a non-issue because it can only happen in works with "shimaidon" (or "oyakodon" I guess) and "pregnant", so a "belly job" tag would be more than enough to find it
