Too specific towards just Japanese school girl uniforms when it should be more broad.

    Description
-Characters wear Japanese school uniforms (sailor fuku or blazer style) in sexual scenes.
+Character(s) wear a school uniform in a sexual scene.

For uniform lovers, will it be wise to break this down more into eras/styles?

I believe your tag isn’t inclusive enough. Whilst the Japanese school uniform is the most used in the tag, it currently also houses non-japanese school uniforms as well. Your description also forgoes to mention that the uniform has to be a girl uniform, which while it should be obvious, should still be mentionned. I personally would rewrite it as such. “When a character wears a schoolgirl uniform during a sexual scene.” Keeps it short, to the point and incorporates every kind of schoolgirl uniform.
