    I changed the description as suggested because I didn't have a better one.

@fuckriri1234 In the part "blonde or light hair" as suggested, does it includes white hair, wouldn't it be better like "blonde or lighter hair"? After all, the majority of the russian characters in anime are with white hair... And how about the country flag as a "Including a composition of elements such as, but not all inclusive and limited to:" part as well.

why not copy the description from there then? i genuinely thought this was a mis-labelled language proposal "Has elements of Russian themes or takes place in a Russian-like setting. There's a lot of russians in anime and they are almost always portrayed as a blonde or white haired character, also there's this create tag egyptian +20 tag suggestion, so why can't russian tag suggestion exist as well if russians also appear a lot in anime and manga, it's not only egyptians... (And just to make it clear, no, this is not because of the language of the published work)

Just make it be a language, "tag" description would be "works published in, or translated to Russian"
