They also ignore the fact that female character was so humble and kind-hearted that she tried to run away from him because she was self-aware and knew her worth for a good man and thought he deserved better and he wouldn't choose her for something serious and long term.

This is just a worse version of the one with the prostitute who runs into the doctor that helps her.

Was shocked to see this is a Raita work, I’m so used to his weird ass proportions from FGO. Maybe the pregnant belly is counteracting his usual pencil thin waistlines? Phenomenal. My only real complaint is it's begging for more story/emotional setup, but for what it is (a fetish doujin), it's quite good.
