All in all, pretty solid with satisfying ending for both Kko-san and MC. Only worry was that her mom fucked and double-teaming her too. Lol

I was impatient and use gtranslate, roughly this is what i got: MC got inheritance from his grandma which is a small lodging house, his scent lured tentacle lady which is the previous owner and technically his grandma’s late friend(?) Turned out tentacle lady was Kko-san mom, who brokenhearted after hearing Kko-san death, looking for her spirit after committing sudoku. Tentacle lady found Kko-san from her scent on MC, intended to end MC so they both can be ghosts and be together with her mom so she tried to exhaust him to death via snu snu. Kko-san doesnt want to end him and resist, they were under lots of aphrodisiac mist. After series of headbutting abuse, he came to and propose Kko-san in front of her mom promising that he will make her happy and satisfied even after death. Then his grandma came from the well and scold tentacle lady for not letting go. They finally accepted the house after grandma told him some gold in the house, and open up a spiritual lodging and kept fucking.

I need a translation I’m only guessing The artist didn’t want to make the apartment ghost the kids mom cause that would be a weird scene for the MC.

I'm pretty sure once this gets translated, we will be just as confused as we are now.
