The first one yes because the affirmation that she needs to pay for something carries an underlying threat of disciplinary, civil or criminal consequences that she avoids through sex she didn't want. The second one of more of a scam, deceit or manipulation if there's no actual threat. I think this can be a tag of it's own since it's independent and common enough to have at least a few hundred works

Would these scenarios count as blackmail? Guy forces girl into prostitution against her will under the pretense that she needs to pay for the plane tickets she lost, then makes her into his personal fucktoy nhentai.net Guy promises to turn his lesbian teacher into a futa for her lover using magic, conveniently forgets to tell her until after that it won't work unless he fucks and cums in her 100 times I think they're outside the strict definition but I don't think there's any better tag. Possibly we need a broader tag for other forms of coercion, tricks/scams/cons, or leveraging power for sex

Thank you for fixing the description. Much better now. With all due respect your grammar could use some work though.

I agree with @Akkos34; the last sentence should be removed because that's not always the case.

I think saying "Normally accompanies the rape tag." Would fix the definition and encompass the edgecases better.

The “rape” part, although it is true in most cases, is incorrect. Someone could blackmail another person into going somewhere or doing something against their will before the sexual act, and from that point, things could escalate into sex without it necessarily being rape. Besides, the description of one tag should not depend on or reference another tag

Yeah but in this site hardly there will be blackmail without sex and sex through blackmail is rape
