Since shimaidon doujin is often depicted with just two sisters with one man, it may be more of a threesome than an orgy instead. And staff note on describe shimaidon accepted said "Tried to cobble smth feel free to open a new suggestion to fix it" so I'm onboard with the 'orgy' word being expunged but not entirely. Also: five sisters, has shimaidon tag so there can be more than two sisters and still be shimaidon @fuckriri1234 Well there's , they have both shimaidon and tentacles as tags. And you didn't specify 'what' is the partner - it could be a man, woman, dog or monkey for all I care - so tentacle monsters should be able to be covered by it.
