tag rusty trombone
Tag description Also known as "tromboning." A sexual act involving simultaneous anilingus and manual genital stimulation of the same partner. This tag is specifically for when both acts occur 'at the same time' to the 'same person'.
note Google it; the name is honestly just funny lol thats why i propose it. Currently, searching "rimjob" and "handjob" you often get results where the acts happen in different scenes, or to different people entirely. This tag makes the search way more accurate for this specific simultaneous trope. You can easily find it or blacklist it for better organization.
