The (IMO weird) tag ’midget’ refers to a non-child character being equal to or less than half of the other characters height, per ehWiki. Maybe it would be better to rename it to ’half-height’ or something similar?

we need a description and some examples. Like in my mind a "midget" is not just short, but an actual gnome. I'm no expert on the tag though
