Before editing, I wanna hear what you guys think of a "cotton panties" name change instead, this way this would target works where cotton panties, which usually cover a little more of the butt to be a central point of excitement inside the given work, this would include white and pattern panties as well as shimapan.
Although the material is not something exactly clear to measure in hentai, from the shape, pattern and setting with a bit of common sense anyone knows its a cotton panty
Though, this would exclude the lingerie ones.

it's probably just me but "patterned" feels like a weird word, still I like the idea of the tag though I'm not sure if there's a point when it can mean so many different things. A tag like "white panties" would make more sense while also leaving room to add other tags
