Correct, futanatization is almost always presented with dick growth.

So if I understand correctly, futanarization is almost always a subset of dick growth, except I guess in a niche situation where a guy becomes a futanari

Futanarization means a character becomes a futanari. This is for when a character grows a penis. For example, a guy or a futanari grows a second penis. It also includes when a girl becomes a futanari and grows a first penis. describe penis enlargement +43 is for when a penis grows bigger. This is exactly why this kind of tag needs a description.

How is that different from futanarization? I thought it meant a characters penis grows larger than it already was, what do you call that?
