tag missing pages

Tag description A meta tag for when a work is missing pages due to an error during scanning, translation, etc. This applies only to pages which are missing from the body of the work, not any pages that were omitted from the supplemental pages at the start or end.

note I'm not sure how many works this actually applies to, but I noticed it with the two works: 646555 (missing two pages in the middle) and 649013 (two pages restored)

I think it is better to generalise the existing tag rather than having two of them. Currently I do not see benefits of having "missing cover". Anyway, I suggested rename missing cover missing pages +4 as an alternative

Hope this gets added ive personally noticed a missing page until the recent repost of #239567 | Kemonokko Tsuushin ~Ushi Musume Bell~ |… | 37,417 that is fixed and added in #655870 | Kemonokko Tsuushin ~Ushi Musume Bell~ |… | 6,332 . Its a work by jun which didnt have a single page and suprised no one noticed. I only noticed that in some non translated versions had it added yet it wasnt translated till now im so happy about it finally being added ngl.
