note To differentiate between ones that have the victim wake up or told mid-deed.

i agree with @bajoujou but this is already so declining & unpopular it would be a fool's errand to try and popularize this proposal @40-sai and @Osamu09 just because time is stopped, minds are controlled, and a character is asleep doesn't mean that the rape goes unknown. many sleeping character wake up, some hypnosis works keep the victim aware for humiliation or power, and so on I think it's a good enough proposal similar to this one create tag sleeping sex +5

I'm in favour of it, it would be handy to have a way to see time stop, sleeping, drugged, in a trance where she doesn't find out etc. all under one tag

there is this work I remembered , in it the victims are indeed completely unaware of the rape. And the funny thing is that it's not secret at all. And even more funny it's not even tagged as "rape", which I think it should. There's simply some kind of "mind control"/reality alteration. Anyway one is also already a tag, and the other one has been suggested a few times already with different names but similar concepts

[sleeping] tag already exists, so that's one of your description already out of the window. [time stop] tag also exists, so there goes another one. If you're gunning for the "don't "release" prematurely" kind of situation then 'secret rape' I think is not the word for it.
