it's literally the same thing as "hidden sex", the only thing that changes is the viewpoint. I don't see a reason to differentiate and anyway I doubt most people get off to the oblivious bystander rather than the hidden sex part

I don't think hidden sex is as specific as this, hidden sex is more like "risky sex" than the oblivious bystander
