This is impossible to describe with words only

I found it! ”An ecstatic facial expression indicating that one is being fucked silly. Markers include smiling, open mouth with tongue out, eyes rolled back, drooling, flushed face, arched eyebrows, tears, and hands making peace-signs.”

If ’ahegao’ has been eroded down to just ”a facial expression conveying arousal” it has become functionally useless. I saw an excellent description somewhere, I’ll post it if I find it.

Didn't it use to be synonymous with "fucked silly"?

I feel like when people use this tag it’s usually for when the FMC has any sort of pleasured or orgasmic face instead of true ahegao. It’s sort of become a misused umbrella tag at this point.

I'm with the "let's paraphrase the Wikipedia definition if we can" approach. It's a very specific o-face.

There are many types of O-Faces you know (type in "orgasmic face types" in google and behold). If we go by Wikipedia's definition it goes: "Ahegao is a term in Japanese pornography that describes a facial expression of characters -usually women- during either intense sexual arousal or orgasm, typically with rolling or crossed eyes, protruding tongue, drool, and slightly reddened face, to show enjoyment or ecstasy." If you can simplify that while maintaining the intended meaning then be my guest.

Well, maybe it's a little too much. But I think the admin will correct it.

Abu Jahl's suggestion is right. It's is the middle of "too little" and "too much" description.

I agree with the comments that it could be simpler. I combined the ideas mentioned: " A Japanese pornographic term for the exaggerated facial expression during intense sexual pleasure."

Wouldn't it be better just "An exaggerated face that shows pleasure".

I don't think tag descriptions have to be too intricate, a sentence like "exaggerated facial expression of intense sexual pleasure" would be better imo.
