I just tried to sagest this tag. it should be noted that it is not to be confused with cum vomit, "atwt" doesn't always accompany it as that involves penetration, the distinction is more for pieces depicting cumflation.
Vaginal cum though = impossible, basically snuff as it breaks physical boundaries.
anal cum though = intestines - stomach - mouth. By that point, may as well be snuff.

I think it could be worth making the distinction just because “cum through” often tends to stop at that, and not have the penetrating object also coming out the other end. In addition, works where the object does come out the other end (in my opinion) are also relatively often associated with tags moving towards excessive pain or gore. I don’t disagree that all the way through is already covering a pretty small collection, but I believe people who want to avoid the more intense stuff would benefit from the cum through tag.

I think all the way is already so rare that you probably can read all of them this tag less than ten works probably
