tag orgasm spasm
Tag description A notable activation of muscles when a character reaches climax. Examples include curling toes [1], extended & tense legs [2], the arching of one's body [3], and leg locking (only if it's initiated right before climax) [4]. [1] 635266 page 33 [2] 635266 page 42 [3] 400471 page 37 [4] 430862 page 38-39
note To prevent bloat, facial spasms (i.e. ahegao, or a more general "orgasm face") are not included. Also don't think strength loss fits but I'm open to ideas.

I don't know, it feels like a bunch of different things in the description. Even if we ignore facial spasms, during an orgasm there are pretty much always spasms depicted as shaking/trembling. But it seems you want a tag where the spasms is much more noticeable to the point of the character changing their position. But that can be subtle, so I don't know, it feels a bit too much arbitrary
