The guidelines are geared toward new tags. Some of these old tags are grandfathered in and far more harm would come from renaming them thus the reject

wondering why this was rejected. not that I personally prefer the original or the change, don't the guidelines say to prefer English where applicable ? even if the voting disagrees, I would expect moderation/whatever authority to step in, be logical and consistent here.

lolicon does not mean "PDF file" it's just "lolita complex," but I also prefer when certain words are kept like this instead of using the english translation

We keep running into these problems of synonyms confusing people and the clear and most obvious solution is for us to just implement tag aliases or something like that, I'll take a look into maybe creating such a system, no promises yet, but for now I will be rejecting all overarching renames like this.

Personally I'd rather use the Japanese word nakadashi over creampie, just like keeping the Japanese loanword lolicon over "PDF file". To each his own I guess. @Chickes reminded me of a gag in Kodomo no Jikan where Kokonoe Rin purposefully misspelled their class slogan from "minna de nakayoshi" to "minna de nakadashi" just by replacing a single syllable lmao.

I think we should approve this rename simply because people are dumb and keep upvoting group:crempie on gallieries that already have tag:nakadashi. The tags should be foolproof otherwise they'll get voted incorrectly.

Having both would be ridiculous because they mean the same thing. The whole point is to make tags more consistent and remove redundancy

I always misguidedly mistook nakadashi as "close friends" so this could help. But I am too used to nakadasi now and I don't want to get rid of this beautiful japanese word. Downvote I guess?

I won't copy what I wrote in another discussion, but to me 'creampie' is closer to 'low nakadashi'. Therefore, I would support this 'creampie' suggestion, and, supposing it's accepted, create a new tag 'nakadashi' for works that focuses in on the creampie kink. If it's emphasized or a theme in the work the new tag would fit. For example, two characters having sex and the woman says over and over that the man can't come inside but he does it anyway, or a guy and a girl are really into the guy cumming inside the girl and it happens.

I agree that creampie is the more recognizable term for English speakers over Nakadashi. I wonder if Paizuri -> Boobjob/Titjob deserves the same treatment.

There was a time when you could use similar words for the same tag. Still I think using the english word should be the standard if it's available
