This should stay seperate since they are two different things. Dick growth is for then a character grows a penis from their body. Penis enlargement is for when a penis a character alreay has grows bigger. Futanarization is not the same thing either, since it's for when a character turn into a futanari.

the reason why I think dick growth changed into penis enlargment in the first place, is because every other tag uses the word "penis" in it, if it pertains to cocks in any way. it makes the naming convention consistent. kind of like we always use the word breasts in tags, and never tits or boobs.
perhaps, when taking that info the account, dick growth should be renamed to penis growth instead? and then, penis enlargement could be merged into that new tag.
on a side note, I'd like it if there was a tag that's solely about dicks getting larger and which doesn't share namespace with dicks growing on futas. but I suppose it's fine..? huge penis, for example, co-exists on this site with big penis, as a specialization of it. and is pretty much always tagged alongside it. perhaps penis growth and futanarization could function in such a way too

Ngl I would agree with merging it so it’s the other way around, I.e turning penis enlargement into dick growth. I think this is the one tag that can encompass dick growth in futanari and dicks growing bigger

at some point, "penis enlargement" tag has superceded "dick growth" for all of the existing galleries. it just stopped being used for the new uploads.
the problem is, despite the changed name convention, both of the tags were always used to tag the exact same thing. be it actual penis enlargment, or a dick growing into existence on a female character for the sake of porn. so it was just a pointless name change, I suppose to mirror the name change that e-hentai made to it's tag.
in this sense, a merger would make sense. it would remove the obsolete tag, and spare us the effort of having to re-tag a bunch of old galleries between whether they have a growing penis, or an appearing penis.
though, I'd go a different way about the merge. change "penis enlargement" into "dick growth", since it's a more encompassing term.
and for a converting process of from a girl to a dickgirl, if suggest a "futanarization" instead.

I kind of agree with the previous comment. But also because there's already a futanari tag, I don't see how dick growth would ever matter. So overall my suggestion would be to do the opposite and just use dick growth with the meaning of making it bigger. The reason is that 1. is already more used and 2. it's shorter and easier to write

I think dick growth should refer to someone who does not have a dick growing a dick, while penis enlargement should be making an existing dick larger
