tag time dilation
Tag description A scenario where, by some mechanism, a subjects perception of time is altered such that they experience a long period of time within a shorter period of time for the world at large.
note Although similar to time stop, I believe this is a distinct enough category that appears in many works, and deserves to be recognized as a tag in its own right.
