@Osamu09 Right now the tag is not limited to just females. One of the reasons is, a male can have an orgasm without ejaculation. It's very rare to see it in hentai, but it exists.

since create tag multiple ejaculations withdrawn has been proposed I checked the current description but I see that no progress has been made what I wanted to know was if "multiple orgasms" should be limited to females. In that case a "multiple ejaculations" tag makes sense. I just don't like the idea of 2 separate tags just to differentiate between male/futanari and female. Plus "multiple orgasms" by itself doesn't specify a female orgasm, but we could always just change the name to "multiple female orgasms" (I know that might sound like just a few characters orgasming, but I doubt there's a better name). It's also true that "multiple orgasms" is something that in real life generally doesn't happen to men, so that might be enough to justify keeping the name as it is
