Tag description Some uploaded doujins loop themselves, repeating the same story content as if it's on groundhog day or something.
note Its to pinpoint these bloated uploads, to either directly search for them or filter them out.

    -Some uploaded doujins repeat their story content here within THE SAME UPLOAD (aka the nhentai number code), with some examples being like (1) after an English translated doujin comes the exact same content in English, (2) directly after the English translated one comes the same content but its the original Japanese or Chinese doujin, so it repeats itself but in different languages, and (3) through adding extras after the actual doujin, with the most popular options usually being the same character(s) now "wearing glasses" or having a "different skin color" than earlier right after the non-extra version, to spice things up without making a new work (aka author/artist deciding to be lazy). The minimum I have seen is a double but I have seen it go up to quintuple of the same story within the same upload, where its English -> Japanese -> Textless -> Character(s) now wear Glasses -> Glasses + Japanese or Textless.

the first two describe it as happening within the same gallery actually i actually prefer your idea of keeping it general, but the name is slightly confusing and the description's far too long

Yeah, I saw them but those tags also count when its still a normal singular upload where its just the "textless version" of a different upload so the tags themselves are fine but as it is, though it filters things to much. Which is why I proposed this new tag, but maybe I should update the description so its less confusing.

I FOUND EM create tag dialogue removed +6 create tag half textless +3 these are both more specific than yours, for when a gallery repeats itself, once with and once without dialogue there are also these proposals, but they're not about repeating content like the ones above are create tag partial color +14 create tag half colored +7

ah my bad @Digiking92 I know for a fact smth very similar to this was proposed a while back (ofc under a different name) but i can't find it for the life of me i recall @akashako mentioning that it would better be named "re-doubled content" if I had to define it, something like: "for when a single gallery repeats the same material with slight variations between the content. Including, but not limited to: 1) translation 2) censorship 3) character point of view 4) dialogue."

It seems you lot misunderstand "...the same story within one uploaded work" part of my description here. One uploaded work refers to ONE work, not the doujin being uploaded multiple times. An example would be , where the English translated doujin is followed with the exact same translation again as a repeat. Now look at my description for the other examples again.

almost every gallery on the site is a "multi upload" with different chinese, japanese, and english translations. completely useless tag to add, sorry i left a list of related site-wide grievances here create tag tags with no description -44
