Children here means pre-puberty or during puberty people, around 6-14, under 6 are toddlers. Loli and shota originally meant pre puberty children but the pseudo loli or thousand year loli also counts cause we talking about fiction, real life loli (orginal jp definition, slang for little girls) doesn't count as whether the person is attracted to innocence or body can differ. Therefore certain characters with visible small boobs can also sometimes count as loli.

This is a useful tag, but should be tweaked. If the intention isn't to exclude shota/shota and loli/loli, then the definition should be written as "A work involving only shotacon and/or lolicon". Also, for this tag does the work need to have at least 2 characters or should this tag be valid for a work with only a solo child? I would suggest at least two because solo content can be searched in other ways. To @frmgco2 point, the definition could say something like "In the gallery only shotacon and/or lolicon" are present during nude/sexual interactions". For example, I wouldn't want a work not to be tagged just because it included incidental interactions with a teacher.
