This about to get rejected because of the description. You should change it asap.

Full color is a term that simply means that the main content is fully colored or trichromatic. Some magazines have a full colored section for example, even though the magazine itself is monochrome. I think this tag should only be used if the entire main section is full color though. The proposed description is simply too vague, I think reidexlaz's description is better though it is a bit strict.

Does this tag also means non original full color works? I make this point so this description correctly describe what entails full color.

agreed full = all pages. if not all pages are colored there should be something like "partial color" instead
