tag realistic artstyle
Tag description The tag "Realistic artstyle" is an umbrella term For specific content with art that looks exactly like real life or approaches a level of lifelikeness. With key indicators such as detailed and well-drawn bodies, noses, eyes, lips or generally realistic anatomical proportions relative to real life.
note It's already a pretty niche thing, so I figured this would be useful in narrowing it down further among a massive sea of classic "big eye, thin nose, thin lips" art styles. Prime examples of this would be Hazuki Kaoru, Sugarbt, Yukiyoshi Mamizu, Hissatsukun, Furuisuemi and Tamagou.

Agreed with this tag also being targeted at works with realistic body proportion instead of only photorealistic, works like and others from ODA NON / gonza / clone ninguen / Sakura no Tomoru Hi e

I was able to find this artist . Then this artist is a step down from it but some pages like [5] look like photos Overall I guess we can apply the tag to not only hyper-realistic works, but also works with relatively realistic proportions as long as they are quite detailed. Just proportions aren't enough as I was able to find many works like that, but they didn't look realistic due to a lack of details. So in the end I think the description you used is quite good and we can just leave the ultimate decision to the community

You make an excellent point. Ultimately, I was envisioning a tag that would differentiate "detailed" (see key indicators) art from Moe ones without sounding too specific or vague, while also leveraging a term broad enough to prevent the loss of any and all potential candidates. Though as you say, it is indeed a bit subjective. Nonetheless, I believe it would make a great addition because the site is already integrating user democracy within it's tagging parameters, which allows everyone to provide their own input. I'm sure there are greater examples than the ones I have already provided, (and if there are I'd love to know) but I am yet to find one so realistic that it barely looks like hentai anymore ( see "relative to real life"). You may also argue that the tag is specifically for those, if they do exist. But likewise, due to the inherent rarity of such material it would be more useful as a tag if it were extended to content which also follow the same general "lifelike" philosophy.

I'm actually quite favorable to this tag. The only thing is that I'm worried it might be rejected because it can be subjective at times. As a matter of fact a few of the artists you used as an example don't look that much realistic to me at all, and most of them don't look as realistic as I was thinking a realistic artystyle would look like. I'm curious to see what other people think
