Tag description In manga and especially hentai manga, "Gender Reveal" is a trope/tag referring to a scene or plot where a character's true biological gender is surprisingly revealed, often after they have been presented as the opposite gender. It is a popular fetish tag on hentai sites because it plays on surprise, deception, and the contrast between appearance and reality. The "reveal" moment is usually the climax of the sexual tension.
