note The name "reverse rape" triggers some people, so we should change it to the Japanese term instead. This site already does this with "netorare" instead of "cuck" and "nakadashi" instead of "creampie".

@Osamu09 that's me, i'm the one triggered by the usage of "reverse"! And I really don't think I'm the only one tbh I get that it's somewhat common parlance to view "reverse rape" as female-on-male rape. The issue I have with it is the implication. It implies that [rape] as a whole is male-on-female rape. Almost everyone can agree that this is simply absurd on a hentai site (e.g. tentacle rape is still [rape]) There are numerous more logical ways to describe female-on-male rape without allowing this implication imo. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less. It might be a bit petty but I'll be petty 7 days of the week if it benefits a logically-sound convention for the site Regardless, I agree that gyaku rape doesnt really solve anything More explanation/idea here create tag reverse rape accepted

Is there really someone who specifically gets triggered by "reverse rape" and is still fine with rape porn?

Most people wouldn't know what guaku means. Also it literally means opposite/reverse so the meaning doesn't change whatsoever. I have no idea who gets triggered by "reverse rape", but at most it's a few people. We all know it's still rape, it's just to tag the different direction (male to female and vice versa) and as a convention we use the word reverse, we did the same with "reverse netorare" About japanese vs english the consensus is that english is preferred whenever is possible. The issue is for already existing common tags, such as nakadashi, since people are already used to it they are unlikely to be changed
