It's no longer a twist if you tag it.

so many things feel wrong about this tag. Just reject the suggestion

This tag already exists and is called "incest"

I was thinking about the story #386802 | Fushidara na Ani Imouto - Loose Brother… | 9,285 — I'm not sure which category it fits into. Rei and Mei are siblings and they eventually meet Masato. Masato rejects Mei's advances. After that Mei invites Tatsumi to Masato's home. Masato and Tatsumi become a couple. Cap 2: there is sexual tension between the siblings. Cap 3: Incest is consummated. The story doesn’t end here. What you think? Maybe I should change the tag name to "twist incest"

The last example is for stories involving incest. It’s a twist because it’s not common for the main characters to have children and then have sex with them
