I would change the description to "The story features sexual content involving a dickgirl or futanari having sex with a female."
A dickgirl is a character that's a woman with only male genitals. no vagina.
A futanari is a woman who is a hermaphrodite with both male and female genitals.

Dickgirls is enough since it encompasses all form of dickgirls, futanari, shemales, full-package, etc.
