A gyaru is not nessesarily a blonde and non-gyaru blondes also exist.

I understand what you mean but what it's matter when most of the doujinshi and manga are black and white. If it’s blonde, we feel nothing from that. Isn’t gyaru or gyaru-oh tag enough for this?? hairstyle type tag can be useful in here...

I think we need more than just blondes, even if there's just a general dyed hair tag.

If you really don't want to deal with gendered words add it as yellow hair.

why not just [blonde] as the umbrella then [blonde female] and [blonde male] subtags in line with other genders? on another note, maybe it would be good for the tag's page to adopt a [male:blonde] and [female:blonde] subtag convention like on exhentai (?). that way, all "(fe)male" subtags are grouped together

'blonde' should be for a girl with blond hair. 'blond hair' should be for a character with blond hair. Maybe both would be good as with 'demon' and 'demon girl'?

I'd say "Blond hair" if you don't want to specify for male or female
