The problem with searching for Incest + Impregnation is it often lets 200+ page anthologies get past, where there is one incest chapter, and 3 chapters later there's non-incestuous impregnation. A dedicated tag for incestuous breeding would would fix that problem, and lessen search tag bloat

No it can't. That does not specify *who* is getting pregnant, and both tags are common enough that mismatches are probably the rule, rather than the exception. Especially in longer works with story-arcs, tankobons, and anthologies. And EVEN IF it did, tags are not about what you "can" technically find with other tags. You could probably find all doujins in existence with different combinations of less than 100 tags. There would be no need for more. It's about being unique/distinct and yet common enough to justify its existence through numbers. Same as w/ Anal vs Focus Anal, Lolicon vs Kodomo Doushi, Cheating vs NTR, etc.

This can already be found by searching tag:incest + tag:impregnation
