While we're at this topic, can we merge anything that is not tag to where it belong (character in tag, artist in tag, groups in tag, etc) felt like it is a good step before going into description

Agree with @Aestios , it's better to use complete tag so whenever someone searching for either japanese or English title, the results will be directed to the same tag

I mean as long as both the names are within the same tag it works, but it doesnt make sense to have two different tags for the same purpose

I think we should just have two parody tags for this one just to appease the japanese purists and the newcomers.

I think this is a good idea, but maybe have it be the other way around so people can use either the EN or JP name for searching.

If you argue that it's better to keep the english name, why not merge it the opposite direction? Perhaps the only problem is that it makes every parody tag look inconsistent unless you do it with most other series

this makes sense if on the backend a search for "kaguya-sama love is war" will return "kaguya-sama wa kokurasetai"

The person below me is wrong about people potentially not knowing the japanese name. If you are on this site, there is a 99% chance you will either know the japanese name or be able to infer that a title starting with "Kaguya-sama" is probably Love is War. And if you want to argue about being confused with Cosmic Princess Kaguya, then Kaguya would be referred to as "Kaguya-hime" and not "Kaguya-sama". Because that Kaguya is a princess of course. Again, if you are on this site you are most definitely a big weeb that knows how to figure out japanese anime names.

i think this is a bad suggestion because people could potentially not know the japanese name for love is war
