note There is a phimosis tag but not all uncircumcised penis have tight foreskin that can not be pulled back

Most japanese men are uncircumcised. The reason why you can't see their foreskin is because it's easier to draw it without one and most men usually pull it back when they're having sex so i don't see the reason to add this tag

@IamNotYou yes, but most works with an uncircumcised dick also explicitly mention that the mf has phimosis too. at least anecdotally

Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis is not able to be retracted. Being uncircumcised dose not equate having phimosis
