Tag description Forceful release of clear, watery fluid from the penis, distinct from thick semen. It usually happens during intense glans stimulation, prostate play, or "over-orgasm" scenes where the character is essentially running on empty. Even when no more semen can be produced, the body is forced to expel high-pressure fluid through continued, focused stimulation.

note The current "squirting" tag is flooded with female content, making this specific trope impossible to find. Need to force this tag through so the right content can finally spray out.

OK and final, final comment: how aware do we think JP artists are of mSQ/prostate orgasms? In the examples you've shown NYPAON is not as convincing as Koutetsu... The problem is the characters call it 'pee' but it's very difficult to judge that the author knows/intends it. It's also hard because mSQ happens *after* a typical orgasm which for male anatomy would have to occur before the refractory period for another ordinary orgasm... and that is very difficult to judge in comic panels unless it's explicitly commented on. Overall, I do think this tag is useful even if what we're defining is a bit difficult to pin down. You couldn't filter this properly very easily to my mind.

I am tempted to downvote but I won't because I'm interested in the discussion. It's also one of the oldest unresolved tag discussions. I'm gonna be that person and ask: 'what is male squirt?'. OP's 'high-pressure fluid' is either describe urination +69 and/or semen leakage (aka 'precum' but seemingly after an orgasm). In that case we have create tag premature ejaculation +49 to cover it... even though squirting is a specific scenario. 'High-pressure' is a weird descriptor, but I think this appeals to the kind of exaggeration that happens in hentai anyway, so I'm fine with it. So for OP, @4Saker: why is premature ejaculation not sufficient? Or could we invest votes into rename prostate massage prostate stimulation +9 instead?

Honestly I think people are downvoting because they don't even know male squirting exists. To be fair it's really rare.

It's a bummer to see downvotes used as a 'dislike' button instead of judging if the tag is actually helpful. I hope the Staff/Mods can see the logic here anyway. Ironically, this tag is great for the people downvoting it too: it makes it way easier for them to blacklist the content so they never have to see it. I just want this to happen to keep the site’s search results clean and accurate.

I actually thought this is a good tag. They are completely right that most works tagged "squirting" are about females, so this would absolutely help. I really think this one is getting downvoted just because most people aren't into that
