tag tanin no haha
Tag description The desire for a woman who is the mother of another person, whether a friend, an acquaintance, or a stranger. The arousal is not based on blood incest, but on the transgression of having relations with a maternal figure who belongs to a third party.
note For stories without the "Mother" tag, featuring mothers of friends, strangers, and other people's partners, without biological incest.

MILF focuses on the allure of a mother without intruding on her bond with her child. Tanin no haha, in contrast, is about coveting and usurping that very mother‑child relationship that belongs to someone else. It doesn’t necessarily involve netorare.

"MILF" is basically a hot older woman who is a mom or looks like one. "Tanin no haha", though, is specifically about someone else's mom, like a friend's mom, an acquaintance's mom, or some stranger's mom, as the protagonist's love interest.

Not sure how much more specific this is than "MILF"
